The Gourmet Gas Station
When locals started referring to this hole-in-the-wall restaurant (started in an old Texaco service repair room), as The Gourmet Gas Station, the name stuck. The popular restaurant has since moved venues but remains a favorite with both Bozemanites and Big Sky tourists. Serving brunch, lunch and dinner seven days a week, the restaurant features a menu of Mexican favorites, southern BBQ and prime rib as well as a full bar and over 10 beers on tap.
