Bozeman Museums
The American Computer museum showcases 20,000 years of technology through thousands of artifacts. The museum is designed to appeal to all ages and is an ideal family destination. Exhibits include Babylonian clay tablets, historic Bible leaves, telegraphs, telephones and computers.
The Gallatin Pioneer Museum offers a glimpse into the lives of Montana's pioneers. The museum features a variety of changing exhibits throughout the year, as well as a permanent collection that includes a reconstructed log cabin, jail cells and many other historic artifacts.
Located south of the Montana State University in Bozeman, The Museum of the Rockies boasts one of North America's finest paleontology collections, as well as strong Native American and western history sections. The popular museum also features a planetarium, the Martin Discovery Room for young visitors and a seasonal Living History Farm as well as drawing national exhibits such as Tutankhamun.
